Yes. With a manufacturer's warranty you are not obliged to use the brand dealer: what matters is that the garage follows the official maintenance plan and uses parts of OE comparable quality. That is exactly how the garages in the Guido network work, so your manufacturer's warranty stays valid. On top of that, every job is covered by the Swiss statutory warranty and by the Guido guarantee on workmanship for 12 months.
The network has more than 160 qualified garages and covers the main Swiss centres and traffic axes: in most cases there is already a partner close to your vehicles. If onboarding shows that an area needs more coverage, we take care of it: we look for garages near your locations and bring them into the network.
You receive invoices from Guido only, never from the individual garages: one contact and one accounting flow. You choose the setup, a periodic consolidated invoice or one invoice per job. The layout can be customised too, so the data your accounting or cost centres need arrives in the right format.
