Not all batteries are the same: capacity, type (AGM, EFB or conventional) and location change from model to model, and on many newer cars the new battery also has to be registered with the control unit, otherwise it will not charge properly. That is why there is no fixed price at booking. Here is how it works: you send the request with your car’s details and you have the quote before the appointment. If the price suits you, you confirm. If it does not, it costs you nothing. A battery lasts four to six years on average and almost always gives up in the first cold spell: if starting is already sluggish, better to change it before you get stranded.
